NBM Travel to conduct Photography Contest

Nepal Big Mountain Travel (NBM Travel) is organizing a Photography Contest and Exhibition named “Nepal, The Wonderland, showcasing Mountains and Wildlife of Nepal”. The event is targeted primarily towards photographers from all over the country. The exhibition will be held at Kathmandu Durbar Square Area on November 17, 2018.

With the objective of contributing towards the tourism sector of Nepal; primarily contributing to Visit Nepal 2020 and giving the platform for the rising photographers, whose pictures will show the beauty of Nepal and prospects of tourism in Nepal, NBM Travel is conducting a first-ever Photography Contest and Exhibition in association with Nepal Tourism Board and Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA). Glocal Khabar and Point Media is the media partner for the event. The photography contest is based on two themes, mountains and wildlife of Nepal.

The exhibition will help to present beautiful but underrated places in Nepal and this event provides a platform to photographers of Nepal, not necessarily professional. While photographers will have the opportunity to display their photographs and win amazing prizes, visitors to the exhibition will be able to watch beautiful mountains and wildlife of Nepal encouraging them to visit those places. The expectant footfalls during a one-day event are around 50 thousand. This event helps to promote the nation’s tourism which ultimately contributes to the economy of Nepal.
