Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Drive To Besishahar From Kathmandu

Day 1, we begin this trek early in the morning, our official representative will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu. Then we drive to Beshishahar(5-6 hours). Upon reaching here, you will get immersed in the bewildering presence of the snow-covered mountains and the enriching culture of the people residing here. During the scenic drive, you will witness diverse landscapes, mountains, rivers, pristine waterfalls, and rafting boats over the Trishuli river. We explore the beautiful Besisahar and prepare for the next day of our trip.

Day 2

Drive To Chame From Besishsar

An amusing adventure awaits upon waking up the next day. We begin our trek from the beautiful village of Chame. Then we take a  drive from Besishahar to Chame along the Marshyandi river for a couple of hours then off to the dazzling town of Dharapani. This is also a police checkpoint where trekkers and travelers issue their trekking permits and get their names registered. 

From Dharapani, take a drive through lush forests of pine and Rhododendrons. It takes around 2 hours to get to Chame. This magnificent drive in the mountains offers you an insight into the tradition, culture, and lifestyle of the people residing in that region. While on the trail, we stop by several times to get indulged in the captivating sceneries along the delightful Chame Village. You will be spending the night at a lodge here.

Day 3

Trek to Pisang From Chame

After devouring a delicious breakfast, we head towards the delightful town neighboring majestic mountains called Pisang. Today, we will be crossing lush forests of pines and rhododendrons along the steep valley of Pisang and Chame.  After enjoying our breakfast, we will be trekking toward the beautiful town surrounded by mighty mountains called Pisang. 

After breakfast, we trek towards a peaceful and delightful town covered by mighty mountains known as Pisang. Today’s hike will take you through the dense rhododendrons and pine forests  After having breakfast at the lodge, You’ll trek towards a little peaceful and beautiful town surrounded by mighty moutans called Pisang. Today’s hike will go through the dense forest of Pines and rhododendrons on the steep and narrow valley of Chame and Pisang. 

After taking a few steps across the delightful scenarios of mountains and meadows, we will enjoy an effortless walk on an ascending trail. Ascending further, you will walk over suspension bridges and reach the top of the hill also known as Paungda Danda. We eventually trek towards Pisang and spend the night at a lodge here at Pisang. We will try to provide the best accommodations possible.

Day 4

Trek To Manang From Pisang

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we head towards the delightful village of Manang. It is one of the largest villages in the entire region. This is where most travelers take a day to explore around and acclimatize. The trail from Pisang to Manang is a gentle climb passing the beautiful jungle from Pisang to Manang. 

After breakfast at the lodge, the trek will be kicked off to the beautiful village of Manag, Manang is one of the largest villages in the region where most travelers take one more day to explore and look around the way of living in vibrant mountain culture and for the acclimatization. The trail from Pisang to Manang is a gentle climb walking through the beautiful jungle. 

Whilst elevating along the trail, we witness astounding views of Gangapurna, Annapurna II, III, IV, and Pisang Peak. The trail passes delightful Tibetan settlements which give us an opportunity to explore the Buddhist culture and their lifestyle up close. Optionally, you can take the northern trail via Upper Pisang and Ghyaru. This entire area is famous for its stupendous views and you are bound to enjoy the hike.

Day 5

Accilimatization At Manang

After spending a day in Manang, we will take the time to get acquainted with the high altitude before we ascend further into the heart of the Annapurnas. This is a great place for exploration; you will witness several monasteries and scenic masterpieces along the way. 

If you feel restless then you can embark on numerous available hikes that lead you to astounding glacial lakes entailing the backdrop of majestic mountains including Tilicho peak and Gangapurna. After enjoying a delicious dinner, we enjoy a goodnight’s sleep. Tomorrow, we will continue the adventure to the Annapurna circuit is continued.

Day 6

Trek To Yak Kharka From Manang

A new adventure awaits upon rising on day 6, we take a short hike to Yak Kharka. This journey covers about 7 kilometers. This enthralling journey starts right after we devour our delicious breakfast. 

We take this hike following the trail across the beautiful local villages of Tan, passing over high suspension bridges, crossing high farmlands, and leaving the Marshyandi valley. We continue the trek, across the Jarsang Khola Valley, we eventually reach Yak Kharka

The exciting short hike to Yak Kharka will be started right after your beautiful breakfast, it’s just about 7 kilometers from Manag to Yak Kharka. The hike will be following a few gentle local villages of Tan, crossing the suspension bridges, through the high farmlands, and leaving the Marshyangdi Valley. And continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley, we reach Yak Kharka

Initially, the trail from Manag to Yak Kharka entails a few stupas and mani walls. It is a steady climb into the dry and alpine region of the Annapurna region. This trek should take you about 2 to 3 hours. And you can utilize the rest of the day for acclimatization and rest as you prep for the next day.

Day 7

Trek To Thorang Phedi From Yak Kharka

A new and exciting adventure awaits as we wake up the very next day, We take a brief and pleasant hike heading towards Throng Phedi after finishing a lovely breakfast. As we approach the high-altitude area of the trek, we take our time and progress slowly, pacing ourselves, and enjoying the natural scenarios. We take breaks in the middle and enjoy our tea/coffee.

Upon arrival, you will take a good rest and enjoy hygienic delicacies to prepare for the next part of our trek, trekking to the Thorang La 5416m, which is the highest point of our entire trek. The most rewarding and stupendous day of our journey comes ahead as we summit the top of Thorang La.

Day 8

Trek To Thorang La Muktinath From Yak Kharka

We rise early on day 8 to cross Thorung La Pass (5416m). Waking early we will be crossing the 5416-meter-high, Thorung La Pass. The trail from Phedi to the top of Thorang La Pass is made out of steps. It is a distinct and an easy to follow the trail. This is the longest day of our entire journey. It takes around 4 hours to summit the Thorang la pass and about 3 and a half hours to descend to Muktinath.

We leave early as the journey ahead is long and if we reach early, we can enjoy the mountain views. Upon reaching the top of the Thorang La Pass, we witness the astounding views of stupendous mountains including; Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna. Muktinath is a holy temple carrying immense religious significance in both Hindu and Buddhist religions. The trail steepens from here, crossing meadows we descend into a deep ravine, following a wide valley to Muktinath. We spend the night here at a lodge.

Day 9

Drive To Pokhara From Muktinath

After devouring a delicious breakfast, also the last breakfast in the lap of the mountains, we take a scenic drive through the appealing lower Mustang Valley. It takes about 8-9 hours to reach Pokhara valley from Mustang valley. 

Pokhara is a major tourist hub in Nepal. There are numerous exciting things to do here in Pokhara. Enjoying the views, different cuisines, and beverages is a great way to celebrate the victory of successfully completing a mesmerizing journey. It is also a peaceful valley covered by snow-covered peaks including the Annapurna mountain and the Machhapuchhre mountain and numerous lakes. You can chill around the lakeside during the evening.  

Day 10

Drive To Kathmandu From Pokhara

The official end to our beautiful trek is here. We drive from Pokhara To Kathmandu via tourist bus and put an end to a mesmerizing adventure. You can take this time to reflect back on the enthralling adventure.

The tour gave me such an amazing experience, especially about the cultural, historical and religious values of Nepalis. 2 colleagues and me went on 1 tour of NBM Travel, in 4 nights and 5 days in Nepal (Limbini, Nagarkot, and Kathmandu). Mr Sujit, the Manager was very supportive in arranging a customized tour for us, meeting all our requirements. He is very responsive and professional, with quite good connections to help us (our domestic flight was delayed, he managed to get us on board of an earlier flight)Mr Subash, the Tour Guide, was also responsible and hospitable. He always tried to make us enjoy the trip. He is also expertised in his job, knowing a lot of information about the tourist attractions. He was very ready to help when we want to buy local fruits, and very collaborative when we want to change the schedule.The tour gave me such an amazing experience, especially about the cultural, historical and religious values of Nepalis. In our tour, we also planned to see the Himalayan Ranges from our Hotel in Nagarkot and from Chandragiri Hills, but the weather was so cloudy during our stay. Fantastic We had such a fantastic experience in Nepal with this tour company. We were overwhelmed by how welcoming and warm Sudarshan and his team were from the moment we arrived. We felt so comparable and taken care of in the beautiful Nivas Botique home in Kathmandu. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed delicious, complimentary authentic Nepalese meals and had such a fanatic stay here. We travelled to Pokhara for 2 nights in very comfortable private transportation. We had a fantastic 2 days of activities including paragliding and white water rafting, all organised for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and I couldn’t recommend using this travel company more. We will definitely be back in the future!

绝美风景,期待下次再见 不同于之前在国内看到的雪山,喜马拉雅山系的雪山绵延不绝,又高又长,能见度好的时候能看到一片的雪山,感觉自己第一次离雪山那么近,超震撼的感觉。看到了鱼尾峰的鱼尾巴,好美!雨林里山中的空气超级好,刚好走的那段路像原始丛林一般,很美空气很新鲜,竟然有点爱上这种雨中漫步的感觉~选的旅行社的老板人真的很好!安排的十分妥当,爱上这种异国他乡的快乐啦哈哈!不过这是我们第一次相遇,但绝对不是最后一次相聚!

很棒的旅游体验-Kathmandu 一直有想去尼泊尔旅行的想法,前些日子终于下决心仔细研究了,人生地不熟的,问了朋友的朋友有没有旅行社推荐,就推荐了这家,英文名NBM中文名大山旅游,老板中文名也叫大山,感觉对中国文化很有研究,让我们这种出国游的感觉很安心。老板很靠谱,给安排了懂中文的向导,沟通很顺利,人也很亲切。不得不说尼泊尔景色真不错,适合放松身心,有机会的话还会再来,也会多推荐大山旅游的。

Great if you have limited time to visit the city I was in Nepal in November and after a trek of 10 days I only had 1 and a half day to visit Kathmandu. I found out many places to visit in Kathmandu are far from each other (5 to 10 km) and walking between places is not an option (heavy traffic). So I decided to book a private tour (I was a solo traveller) and had a great experience. My guide Raj took me to all the important places , UNESCO sites, and explained everything about the place we were visiting. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has limited time to explore the city. -1 point as the guides will take you to shop/restaurant they have an agreement with, I didn't mind the shop as they don't force you to buy anything, but I would have wanted to choose the restaurant by myself

Cable Car Trip near Kathmandu Me and my friends travelled Kathmandu this July and we went for a short distance trip to Chandragiri Hill. Cable Car took us to Chandragiri hill, which is best to escape from hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. The view of Kathmandu was beautiful as rain cleared up the sky. The guide we were provided was professional and he told us incredible stories of the hill. Overall it was fantastic trip.

Trekking, Local, culture views and sites 5 days in Nepal trek was awesome. We went to Sundarijal, then to Chisapani walking a lot of stairs and then to Nagarkot. We could see beautiful peaks from Dhaulagiri to Everest. People at Sundarijal seem very friendly. All in all, our trek was very nice and we enjoyed it very much.

Amazing Trip! Thank you to the folks at NBM Travel for an awesome trip to Nepal! Shristi was incredibly helpful with coordinating everything and answering all of my silly logistical questions from the moment I booked the trip. My tour guide Mani provided so much support on the tour, from sharing his knowledge about Nepali culture and history, to helping me find souvenirs at a good price, to rearranging our itinerary when we had weather delays. I chose this tour specifically to learn about the many cultures and lifestyles of Nepal and was not disappointed. Each location was so different from the last - Kathmandu is the chaotic capital, Chitwan is a gorgeous jungle where you’ll see animals that you’d never expect to see up close in real life (still can’t believe how close I was to crocodiles and a rhino!), and Pokhara feels like a cute beach resort. We were unable to go to Lumbini due to weather, so we spent an extra day in Pokhara and an extra day in Kathmandu, which worked out fine for relaxing and shopping. Even the bus rides between cities were interesting because you could see examples of life in the countryside and some really cool landscapes. There was a decent balance of sightseeing and free time, and I really liked each of the hotels we stayed at. If you are interested in learning about Nepal beyond trekking, this is a great introduction. They have such an interesting diversity and unique history, I wish more people knew about it!If you go in July, like I did, you’ll likely catch some rain (monsoon season), so make sure you pack accordingly! Rain boots, rain coat, and quick dry pants worked well on rainy days and the boat tour/jungle trek in Chitwan, plus a few pairs of comfortable pants and a pair of sandals for sunny days. Don’t let the name “monsoon” scare you off from coming if this is the only time of year you can go. You’ll still see, do, and eat a lot! (Make sure you have dal bhat and momo while you are here...they are the best!)
