You stay at
teahouses throughout the trek. All accommodations are on a twin-sharing basis. After the trek, trekkers make use of Nepal tea houses – small hotels for an overnight stay and home cooked meals.

Physical Condition & Experience Requirements

There are high chances of
altitude sickness to many trekkers since the trek covers the altitude of 5545m. Along with it, there is a need for the trekkers to be familiar with the cold weather. It is essential for the trekkers to have the common vaccinations. If there are any children travelling, it must be on the guidance of their guardian.
The trip is not suitable for pregnant women and people with an adverse health condition. For children who are under 14-15, it is best to
hire porters to carry the heavier equipment, since the children will not be able to manage the heavy loads over rough terrain, and you do not want to have to carry all their stuff as well as your own. The same can be said of elderly people, over sixty may be able to make the long trek to ABC, but they need to be physically fit and have no serious conditions.
