There are high chances of altitude sickness to many trekkers since the trek covers the altitude of 5106m. Along with it, there is a need for the trekkers to be familiar with the cold weather. It is essential for the trekkers to have the common vaccinations. If there are any children travelling, it must be on the guidance of their guardian.
The trip is not suitable for pregnant women and people with an adverse health condition. For children who are under 14-15, it is best to hire porters to carry the heavier equipment, since the children will not be able to manage the heavy loads over rough terrain, and you do not want to have to carry all their stuff as well as your own. The same can be said of elderly people, over sixty may be able to make the long trek, but they need to be physically fit and have no serious conditions .

Deciding the best season depends on your convenience. The seasons are autumn from September- October, winter from December-February, spring from March-May and summer from June-August. You can choose your comfortable season for the trek.
However, September-November and March-May are the best months for trekking. The choice of these months will provide you with the necessary clear views of the mountain ranges without any difficulty.
