Mardi Himal trek in Nepal is popular for its immense beauty but another reason for its popularity is that it is suitable even for those who are new to trekking in Nepal. Mardi Himal trekking route is relatively easy and doesn’t consist of paths with difficult places. Mardi Himal trek means you are taking exhausting long walks and more uphill climbs. Thankfully, treehouses on the way provide you with plenty of resting points to make your trek easier. Although you will be continuously climbing uphill (up to 4,500 m), the altitude won’t be much of a problem during your trek to Mardi Himal in Nepal.
The Mardi Himal Trek difficulty primarily depends on the time of the year you choose for the Mardi Himal trek. Offseasons such as Monsoon and Winter may put challenging conditions while the spring and autumn seasons provide you with a better view of your surroundings because of a clear sky.
Mardi Himal weather and temperature are variable throughout the year. They are different in the four individual seasons and thus, you will be able to see sweeping landscapes, towering hills, green forests, and ravines clearly only when you choose the best time for Mardi Himal trek in Nepal. The spring season is considered the ideal time for Mardi Himal trek as that is the time when the sky is clear blue, the mountain views are unobstructed and forests are full of rhododendron blossoms.
The autumn season is the second preferred season among trekkers in Nepal because it provides you with a clear atmosphere and is considered the best time to get absolutely stunning sunrise and sunset views on a clear sky. Monsoon and winter seasons have turned out to be unpreferable times for Mardi Himal trekking in Nepal. Heavy downpours and frequent monsoon rains in Monsoon result in dark clouds that may cover the sky while trekkers avoid Mardi Himal trek during winter because of the extreme cold.
