Upon arriving in Kathmandu, an NBM representative will greet you and welcome you with Mala (Garland). Shortly, you will drive to River Fun Resort, Trishuli in a private vehicle. You will arrive at the resort on a 4 hours drive from Kathmandu. The rest of the day is for refreshing and relaxing in the resort.

Today is an adventurous day on your tour. You will get up early, enjoy breakfast, and then prepare for thrilling rafting on the Trishuli River. Our experienced guides will instruct you on safety measures before you enjoy adventurous 1-hour rafting in the river. While rafting, you will enjoy rushing rapids, beautiful gorges, and surrounding landscapes.
After a thrilling rafting experience, you will check out from the resort and drive towards the Chandragiri Hills. You will arrive here after around one hour’s drive. Upon arrival, you will ride on a cable car for the journey to the top of the hill. During the ride, you will enjoy exceptional views of lush green forests in the high hills. From the top, you will also witness magnificent views of the Himalayas and Kathmandu city. You will visit Chandragiri Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Bhaleshwer Mahadev.
From Chandragiri Hills, you will return to Kathmandu and check in to the hotel. You can visit Thamel or Ason and explore lively local markets, where you can shop for gifts or souvenirs for yourself or your loved ones.

The short but adventurous and gratifying Weekend Tour ends today. After an early morning breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple. The temple is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, which offers you cultural and spiritual experiences. The site also amazes you with colorful prayer flags, intricate architecture, and artistic shrines. Moreover, it also offers you a breathtaking view of Kathmandu city from the top.
